TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ASTRAL LANTERN (CONSULTATION SERVICES)

1. Introduction


These Terms and Conditions govern astrology consultation services provided through the Astral Lantern website and scheduling system operated by Yantric Works, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By scheduling or participating in a consultation, you (“Client,” “you”) agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Nature of the Service


Astral Lantern provides astrological consultations intended to offer guidance, interpretation, and perspective based on traditional astrological techniques. Astrology describes tendencies and cycles rather than fixed outcomes. Interpretations reflect symbolic patterns and possible influences rather than guaranteed events. All decisions and actions taken following a consultation remain the sole responsibility of the client.

3. Not Professional Advice


Astrology consultations are not a substitute for professional advice. Astral Lantern does not provide medical, psychological or therapeutic, legal, or financial advice. If you require assistance in these areas, you should consult a qualified professional in the relevant field.

4. Eligibility


To book a consultation you must be at least 18 years of age, have legal capacity to enter into an agreement, and provide accurate birth information required for astrological analysis. Consultations are not offered to individuals under the age of 18.

5. Birth Information Requirements


Astrological consultations require accurate birth information including birth date, birth time, and birth location. If birth time is unknown, the consultation may not be possible or may be inaccurate. Astral Lantern does not provide birth time rectification services.

6. Providing Information About Other Individuals


Some consultations, including relationship compatibility or synastry readings, may require birth information of another individual. By providing this information you confirm that the individual has been informed their birth data is being used and that you have the right to provide this information. Astral Lantern assumes no responsibility for disputes related to the use of such information.

7. Booking and Payment


Consultations are scheduled through the Astral Lantern booking system. When scheduling, a deposit is required to secure the appointment and the remaining balance is charged after the consultation. Prices, durations, and service descriptions are listed on the website and may change without prior notice.

8. Consultation Preparation


Consultations include preparation time before the scheduled meeting. Charts and astrological factors may be reviewed in advance to provide a focused and meaningful discussion. By booking a session you acknowledge that preparation work may begin prior to the consultation.

9. Cancellation Policy


Consultations may be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment for a full refund of the deposit. If a cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the deposit will be retained. No additional charges will be applied if the session does not take place.

10. Rescheduling


Consultations are scheduled for specific time slots. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and may not always be available. If a client cannot attend the scheduled time, the cancellation policy applies.

11. No-Show Policy


If the client does not attend the scheduled consultation, the session will be considered a no-show and the deposit will be retained.

12. Confidence Policy


Astral Lantern offers a confidence policy. If a client clearly expresses dissatisfaction at the end of the session, the remaining balance will not be charged and only the deposit will be retained.

13. Completion of Service


A consultation service is considered completed once the scheduled session has been conducted and the agreed consultation time has been made available to the client. Completion of the session constitutes fulfillment of the service.

14. Delivery of Service


Consultations are conducted online via Google Meet. Clients are responsible for having a stable internet connection and joining the meeting at the scheduled time. Astral Lantern is not responsible for disruptions caused by technical issues on the client’s side.

15. Scope of Consultation


Consultations are conducted within the time duration listed for the selected service. While reasonable questions are welcome, sessions may not cover unlimited topics beyond the scope of the consultation. Additional topics may require a separate consultation.

16. Confidentiality and Privacy


Consultations are conducted in a private and confidential environment. Astral Lantern respects the privacy of client identity, personal data, and consultation discussions. Information from consultations will not be disclosed to third parties except when required by law.

17. Recording and Redistribution


Consultations are intended for private personal use. Clients may not record, photograph, screenshot, or distribute the consultation without explicit permission.

18. Client Conduct


Astral Lantern reserves the right to terminate a consultation if a client engages in abusive behavior, harassment, threats, or discriminatory or inappropriate conduct. In such cases refunds will not be issued.

19. Intellectual Property


All interpretations, written summaries, and consultation materials remain the intellectual property of Astral Lantern. They are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or published without permission.

20. Payment Disputes


Once a consultation has been delivered, the service is considered fulfilled. Clients agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for services already provided. If concerns arise, clients agree to contact Astral Lantern directly to resolve the matter.

21. Force Majeure


Astral Lantern shall not be liable for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, platform failures, natural disasters, power outages, illness, or emergencies. In such cases the session may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

22. Private Astrological Advisory


Private Astrological Advisory services operate under separate agreements and are not governed solely by these Terms.

23. Governing Law


These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States.

24. Acceptance of Terms


By scheduling a consultation, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
